Handbook and policies
The school handbook covers uniforms, grading, attendance, discipline, communication, and the rest of how the school runs. It's updated each year and approved by the Board of Education, and every family is asked to read it.

School supply lists 2026-2027
Students bring their own supplies at the start of the year or at enrollment. Each teacher sets the list for their room.
Hot lunch

Thanks to parents who volunteer, hot lunch is served on all Mondays and Wednesdays when school is in session, for every student from preschool through 8th grade. Each entrée comes with a small bag of chips and a fruit or vegetable. Prices and menu items are on the online order form, and orders are billed in FACTS the first week of the following month.
Two volunteers are needed on each hot lunch day from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Sign up to help here. Questions about lunch orders go to Mrs. Rodrigues at rodriguess@refsd.org.
Weekly newsletter
The school newsletter goes out by email each week with what's happening on campus, dates to know, and anything the office needs from you. If you aren't receiving it, email school@refsd.org to be added to the list.
Family referral program
Some of the best things said about Reformation are said by current families to friends, and the referral program is our way of saying thank you. When a family you referred enrolls a new student and stays at least three months, you receive a referral appreciation credit of $300 per family, paid by check.
- Open to all current Reformation school and preschool families with a student enrolled and paying tuition at the time of the referral
- The referred family must be new to Reformation, not a returning family
- No limit on the number of families you can refer or the credits you can receive
- The new family lists you as the referring family on their student application
- Credits are evaluated and paid in April, August, and December
Volunteer Involvement Program (VIP)
VIP groups are parents and friends sharing their time to support a part of school life, each with its own focus and goals and working alongside the staff. Groups currently forming:
- Raiders Athletics Champions
- Faculty Care Network
- Reformation Family Events
- Yearbook Club
To get involved, join VIP on WhatsApp and pick the groups that interest you, or ask Mrs. Rodrigues.
Shepherd's Care
Before and after school care runs from 7:00 to 8:15 a.m. and 3:15 to 5:30 p.m. at $7.25 per hour, with an electronic parent sign-in and sign-out. Time used is billed monthly through FACTS. On some days when school isn't in session, Shepherd's Care opens at a daily rate announced by email.
Payments
Tuition, Shepherd's Care, and hot lunch are billed through FACTS, and tuition is due on the fifteenth of each month. Sign in to FACTS. Credit card payments are made online through FACTS, not at the office. Questions about billing go to financial@refsd.org.
Uniforms
Students in TK through 8th grade wear uniform clothing according to the dress code in the handbook. A gently used uniform store on campus helps families get started or replace outgrown pieces; ask at the office.
